Convenient,
comfortable bed,
nice grounds

Safe did not work, poor lighting for shaving, room not cleaned by 14.30, milk/
tea not replenished, mechanical
service e.g.
food arrived before previous dish finished,
tea poured before ready.

Comfortable bed,
tea making facility with
fresh milk,breakfastbuffet
limited in choice but good ingredients.

Dreadfully depressing taupe colour of the bedroom. Bedroom looked out onto
service road about 3metres away.
Shower not very powerful and only 2 tissues in the box.No
fresh fruit on the
breakfast buffet

Friendly,
helpful staff.
Spacious room; minimalist
decor was excellent. Cooking was of a high order, and was the highpoint of the stay.

The ceiling lights had a residual light even when switched off.

breakfast should be included in the room rate . as it is, it is hugely expensive-my son paid far too much for a plate of baked beans on toast for his 19 month old baby. had i realised at the time i would have complained strongly. staff's grasp of english also poor resulting in mix ups with orders and my daughter-in-law ended up eating her breakfast half an hour after everyone else. my neice [arriving in her wedding dress so there was no mistaking that it was her wedding night] was rung up 10 mins after entering her room to be asked for her postcode.lunch was enjoyable and in an attractive setting (3304662004)
lovely bathrooms, very good bed

room very hot and ground floor windows only open a
little. you need them to be air-conditioned and at this
price one rather expects it.

The Felix is a beautiful hotel. It's stylish and relaxing and I felt extremely comfortable as a 'solo' guest. It also represents excellent value for money. I can't wait to return (2503748)

The style. The accommodation is minimalist but sumptuous
