Trinity Capital Hotel

Excellent hotel, location was brilliant, you could walk everywhere. Staff were great except for the guy who was working at reception on our last night. (107215939)

Only one bad point, while waiting to get our bags which we had stored behind he desk earlier in the day as our flight was later that night, one rude member of staff was constantly looking and us and making comments about us, not realising we were actually guests in the hotel, rather than asking us what we were doing there. We saw him talking about us to another staff member and he ruined our last evening in the hotel by being so rude.

Only minor issue was the subdued lighting in the public areas - positively dark.

We found the overall experience of booking online, dealings with hotel staff and quality of the room really good. We would definately use this hotel again as it is in an excellent location and the room was really nice also. The only draw back is the price of drinks/food in hotel but we found that this was the case all over dublin (take plenty of euro's). (108058191)

This was a great hotel in an excellent location, close to all major attractions, literally only a few minutes walk to temple bar and shopping.

It was close to downtown facilities

We had a room facing an airshaft with construction going on starting at about 7 am. Would have preferred something a little nicer and higher.

I brought my Wife for a weekend away from the Kids we booked a mini suite (highly Recomended)Wonderfull room with Jacuzi bath in a very large bathroom with double sinks The Room we were in smelt very badly of smoking there was also cigarette ash on the floor near our bed which was still there after the maid had cleaned we asumed that all rooms would be non smoking The smell around our whole landing was of smoking (Reformed smoker can you tell) Also most of the landings could do with decorating they resemble a battle ship very very plain We found the Hotel to be Noisy from the Firestation which we should have been told about sirens at all hours It may sound like i have not enjoyed my stay and i have been very pickey about things but that is not true Our Room although smelly was Fantastic Dinner was great and the breakfast was very filling all the staff were friendly and all in all we had a great break away and look foraward to returning again someday. I woud recomend this Hotel to all ,and the location couldnt be better (2664713)

Warm and confortable room

Shower was not up to the standards including the curtain. Strong smell in the room, cleaning product or something like that. Very annoying key sistem as it didn't work many times.

Mostly a good experience with generally helpful staff & good modern facilities and accommodation. The room was small and very hot even with the radiators turned off! The bed and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable & the noise from the fire station next door disturbed my sleep. (1644215)
