the only real minus point is the room was very small, there is just enough room to get round 2 sides of the bed. but everything else is almost faultless and when taking into account the price for the location, excellent value for money. The bed itself was the best hotel bed I have slept in. The other point worth mentioning is the outside noise, because of its central location there is a lot from vehicles in and around Oxford St. Others have mentioned this so I came prepared and used earplugs. Oh and the ludicrous price of breakfast! But there are restaurants nearby. (97671355)

Very Clean & Modern

The size of the room was tiny. The big was bearly big enough for even a child!!

The hotel is very well located near Marble Arch and Oxford street. The staff is friendly and efficient. Good breakfast. The disadvantage is the size of the single room. You can't stay in it, too small. The hotel is located in the backyard of other buildings, so the view is not nice. (97741866)

The hotel was friendly, clean and modern. However, as the hotel is located at the back of Oxford St, and our room was at the front of the hotel, we were woken up several times in the night by noisy delivery trucks. Consequently it is unlikely that we would stay there again, but if we did I would definitely request a room away from the front of the hotel. (99880323)

I picked this hotel because of its location and price. I expected a little compromise in terms of service and facilities, but it is more than adequate. Cleanliness and room decor made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The restaurant and bar provided food and drink if you did not want to venture out. The staff were polite, helpful and efficient. Parking facitlites were within a short walking distance - and at a good discoun rate - very important if you have no choice but to bring your car into central London. Will revisit. (99154000)

Overall this hotel is quite good. The facilities are quite new, location is good, staffs are friendly and helpful. However, some of the rooms are quite small, can't even put 2 suitcases flat on the floor. The only thing that I don't like is the lift. It's absolutely SLOW!!!!!!!!! (2481266)

I found the hotel very convenient to the centre of London. However I thought some of the bar staff were particularly unfriendly. Food and drink were very expensive on the whole within the hotel. However the hotel was very clean at all times. (1486268)

Very friendly and helpful staff, a stylish boutique hotel just off Oxford Street and close to underground. My room was very comfortable, with good lighting and a large bathroom with a well-functioning shower and bathtub.
