This hotel is ideal for a one night stopover but for a longer stay I would try elsewhere. The room was a triple but only two cups and two glasses were provided. (108054593)

water in shower too hot, even on cold temperature. There was also a disturbance in a room near us where someone was aggresivly banging on a door, security came stopped and started a gain for a short period, very unsettleing

We booked to stay here for one night as 3 female friends sharing a triple room. The room was big enough for 3 people and clean. The reception staff were very friendly and the location was opposite the GMex Centre so only a short distance from the centre and a 20 minute walk to Piccadily Station. (97947550)

Nice reception area and the bar was lively later on.

The food in the restaurant was poor. Asked for 2 steaks 1 medium 1 rare got 2 rather thin and well done steaks that looked like they'd been sitting there for some time. Food was very expensive considering. Also, there were only 2 small towels in the bathroom.

No concerns about the actual accommodation

We were dealt with extremely efficiently at the check in desk and the staff were only too ready to accommodate our bags after we had checked out but before we left Manchesteron the evening train. The bar food was good value for money and the room facilities were as I would expect for this class of hotel. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent but was slightly let down by the fact that when we returned to our rooms in mid afternoon, the room had not yet been made up. I would have liked to know if room service was available at the time of booking but I didn't see this advertised. As it turned out there was none. The staff are the best assett this hotel has. They were all relaxed friendly and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. (3304115371)
