The large bed, and huge bathroom, complete with roll top bath and balcony.

Nothing really, although at the time of our visit the carpets were being re-laid, which wasn't an issue with noise or anything, just slight inconvienience of having to step over carpet fitters!

staff were friendly and very helpful - breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice even for those diffucult to please - all areas of the hotel were clean and well kept and everything in the room worked and was well maintained overall excellent value for money and would have no hesitation to stay again - bonus very close to underground which made getting around very easy. The room was smaller than other hotels I have stayed in but more than adequate for the night we spent there. The proximity to the nearest tube station was important. I have booked this hotel for my parents later this year and I was pleased to see it was only a short walk to the hotel. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast facilities were good and the food made fresh to order. This hotel was excellent value and I would not hesitate to stay there again. (3304227625)

Generally, a very good value hotel, which is ideally situated for Earls Court and Olympia and is close to good transport links. Having booked full English breakfast included, we were disappointed with the quality of this. The hotel was out of some ingredients on both mornings, and rather than cooking to order or having a help-yourself buffet, breakfast was all pre-cooked, dished up in the kitchen, and was nearly cold. The first morning, my colleague ended up with just a sausage and a slice of bacon for his full English! In hindsight, we'd have been better off booking at the room only rate, as I think complimentary continental breakfast was included anyway. We'd have no hesitation in staying at the hotel again, we just wouldn't bother with the English breakfast. (2761931)
