disappointed that on arrival we were told that no breakfast had been booked, upon checjking our reservation the next day we were told that it had been paid for. In fairness they did take the price off the evening meal.

Good location for part of Dublin we wanted to visit. Free Car Park Plenty of pleasant, efficient staff

Just one minor point - hotel being refurbised so entrance, reception etc in temporary location - made hotel difficult to find.

We were pleased to discover that Heuston station was so near as we would have caught the bus from the Airport rather than spend 40Euro on a taxi had we known. The young receptionist checking us in and out was not particularly friendly and did'nt smile. That would have made a difference to us especially upon arrival as receptionist are your first point of contact and give the first impression afterall.Having said that, another girl was smiley behind the desk but unfortunately she did'nt deal with us! We were at the front of the hotel and the room was light and airy. there was plenty of room.

Our freinds room was darker and a bit gloomy as it was at the back of the hotel and looked out onto a building site area. In our room we had no working shaving light and the beds were quite hard.

THE HOTEL WAS EXTREMELY CLEAN AND PROVIDED A LOT OF FACILITIES, THE STAFF WERE ALL VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. IT IS DEFINETLY THE BEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN AND WILL CERTAINLY USE IT AGAIN AND RECCOMEND IT TO OTHERS.
