Fine other than bad points summarised above (107284618)

check out - no proper quueue so queue jumping
Service in bar in evening - sat for 10 mins in lounge waiting for service. Were ignored so left and went back out again.
Bar prices are ridiculous - £7 for a
small sherry.

Only provided one bathrobe and pair of slippers for a double room Shower head did not detach so a nightmare rinsing your hair when taking a bath. Had to keep standing up not at all relaxing. No hand soap just a soap dispenser so again while in the bath had to keep standing up as it was positioned high up Disappointed with the room. Did not live up to 5 star more like a 4 star Could not watch television from the seating area as cabinet doors would not stay open. Not enough towels provided (3304072273)

Good experience overall. The staff are particularly pleasant, helpful, and extremely professional and courteous. They will go out uof their way to make sure you have anything you need. Location was excellent in terms of accessibility to all spots in central London. I would definitely go back and stay here again. (3304078133)

The twin bed room was huge and great -- the one with only one
double bed would be a bit
small for two people.
Nice decor, the room was
nice, housekeeping was great.

Improve offering of TV stations that are
free -- too many pay-per-view movies with not enough
free options that were worth watching (mostly news stations). The beds coudl be upgraded soon -- they were not particularly firm, and you coudl feel it in your back after a few nights.

I thought the rooms could do with refitting but I think this is in proress. But would you pay nearly £600 (2 nights) for chipped & rusty bath, soap dispensers ( and ones that didnt work to boot)and a smelly room? (2496670)

Good size room - Position.

The room had been used as a smoking room and still had the smell. The
soap dispensers and bathroom equipment was naff. A/C was not very good.

Good, expensive tourist hotel, not many facilities for a business traveller. Although in tourist area, no troubles with noice (however I had a blind backyard window) (2702711)

Style,
location
maintenance - squeeky floor and closet
doors,
small TV with poor channels, bad paychannels signal quality, no internet facility in room

It was my wifws birthday and i took her to see a show. i looked carefully at the selection of hotels and found the radisson edwardian hampshire. I wanted something really lovely for our visit, and i have to say i got that indeed. It was everything but more, my wife had the best birthday ever, the show helped but the hotel, staff and atmosphere itself was the iceing on the cake! (2258184)
