I would like to have known how to speak french before booking this place so as I could tell the management how dire their hotel and service was. I would be ashamed to work there. This place is a joke. Avoid it at all costs. (99074571)

I dont want to mislead people by saying anything nice about this dire overpirced tourist trap

our double room was tiny. the shower kept leaking onto the bedroom carpet we were given one towel between two and we had to keep asking them for a second one. they could give us an iron but no ironing board and refused to allow us to iron our wedding clothes on a table anywhere. we had to use our bed. our friends stayed in the room beside us. their toilet didn't work for the two days they were there. Mangement did not do a thing about fixing it.

Wagram district is north of the Arc du Triomphe. Hotel is about 4 blocks from the Wagram Metro station. Room was small but clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. (99866078)

We ordered a double room but were in fact given a single room with two beds pushed together making it really cramped. We ordered room service and waited 2 and a half hours before being told it wasnt going to arrive.... the staff were generally very unhelpful indeed (99639128)

We found this hotel very cosy. The rooms were small but clean and well equipped for what we wanted for a weekend. We found the staff very friendly. We were to leave Paris on Sunday evening but due to our flight being cancelled we rang the hotel and they re-booked us at the same rate. They couldn't have been nicer. We think the hotel is very well situated for a weekend in Paris. (99316186)

Booked last minute rate, and it was very good value for money. The neighbourhood/area was cosy and nice. Walking distance to Place de Pereire with very good cafees and bars. Small rooms and a very small breakfastroom, but it was clean. (3304284849)
