i had requested a non smoking double room and instead was given a smoking room, which, as a non-smoker was totally unacceptable. i was was moved to a non smoking twin room

Boked online and specified disabled. Was not given a disabled room, and when the toilet could not be used by disabled person the staff quickly changed rooms. We were happy with that, but it caused some disappointment that the packing had to be done again to accommodate this. The elderly parents in the disabled room expressed they did not have hot water. Was expecting English breakfast - only continental, although adequate was disappointed, croissants were very dry. Maybe I should have researched more?? Dinner voucher is worthless unless you like foreign food. It was good; but overpriced (2783888)
