The staff were very helpful,and the hotel was in a ideal location for the main paris sights.

the hotel is very noicy doors slaming people walking round the corridors late, this is more to do with the old building rather than the guests themselves

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. I appreciated their use of the English language and availability to provide directions. The breakfast was a good start to the morning in a nice, modern lobby.

My number one complaint about hotels is usually the slow drains in the showers/baths. This hotel was no exception...very slow drain. Other than that, no dislikes.

They are very well located for sights of interest in the northern section of Paris. The buffet breakfast of various rolls, cheese, jams, coffee/tea, was simple but adequate, with a very efficient and pleasant hostess. I appreciate that the hotel is making efforts at updating the lobby, and had obviously made some effort in the room decorations.

The BED - it was TERRIBLE!!! Very lumpy and obviously well past it's expiration date!

An ideal hotel for someone looking for good value accommodation close to the main railway station yet accessible to the main sights of Paris. A short walk, for example, to Sacre Coeur. And why pay for more when you aren't spending much time in your hotel room? Basically - good, clean accommodation with helpful staff and a help yourself buffet breakfast. (3304772672)

Very well-priced accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff who spoke excellent english. Room was small, but clean, and had the basic essentials. Good position within 10 mins walk of Gare du Nord for an early morning RER train to the airport.

Nothing really - small and not luxurious, but that's the whole point of booking a 2 star cheap hotel.

Location was very convenient but sleep was disturbed as described above. Also someone from the hotel staff came into our room and took away the remote control for our TV whilst we were out. We knew nothing about this and wasted about 15 minutes searching for it before checking out. Room was basic but much smaller than similar hotels charging similar rates.
