I would have liked to know what the level of staffing was. It seemed that not one member of staff smiled the whole time my family and I stayed. A pleasant smile does not cost anything. Overseas visitors must think we are a really miserable country. (99755090)

Rooms too small.Very noisy corridors and doors being slammed shut. Small and slow lift. Beds (Narrow and small) more suited to camping than a hotel.
