The room was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was fine.

The barrier to the car park didn't work on the way in or out - we had to go to reception. The staff couldn't find our booking when we arrived. The air conditioning was so noisy it woke me several times during the night. As someone who rarely stays in hotels I would have liked instructions as to how to put the lights on immediately inside. I have never used a swipe card before.

Cheap price it may be, but the whole standard of this hotel is nasty and cheap, from check-in, to your room, don't expect any services, you're getting a bed and a portable-sized colour tv! Not the best place, but then where is the competition in the area?! (97937468)

would like to have known about local surrounding area for eating etc. There were plenty up a very nice road a short walk away and this could be used more to market the venue. Very well situated for trains into London, no need to venture far in the evening. Other guests were families and more mature people. Good continental breakfast with efficient attentive staff. Its conveniently located to where our sons are living. The cleanliness of the facilities and the quietness at night.

The fact that, unlike our last stay, parking is now an extra charge. The lack of a cooked breakfast option.

Overall it was clean and adequate for the requirements that we needed. Also the reception staff were very helpful.

Breakfast, very disorganised having it in the reception area. We had to clear a table for ourself as there was nobody available to do it for us.

The rooms were new, clean and nicely decorated, the staff was very accommodating and the breakfast offered a good range of foods - although we were a little surprised with how abruptly the food was removed at 9:35am. A warning or two, or a little more time for those not quite finished their meal would have been nice. (3304402416)

Instead of a double bed we got twin beds put together. We did however for our last night get moved to a room with a double bed - but the room was unfortunately in quite a noisy 1st floor location.

I found the check-in process easy, the staff were very friendly and helpful when I asked about the nearby transport. The room was spotlessly clean, the hotel was easy to find and I loved the fact it was near to various types of resturant. I am looking forward to my next stay there. It was great value for money as they had rooms on special offer which meant that as a lone traveller it was not expensive. (3305161004)
