Very Good Standard, and Friendly Staff

Staff were wonderfully helpful and our stay which was to enable us attending a graduation in Ely was perfect. The pool and leisure facilities were to the same exacting standards as the rest of the hotel. Our rooms were well appointed to cater for our young children. Food and general attention to detail was exemplary. Impossible to find any cause for complaint and will recommend to all our friends. (99971575)

Rooms were modern and tastefully decorated incredibly clean and suberbly furnished

I would have liked to see a picture of a twin room when booking because I was disappointed with the room. I then had to upgrade to another room which was excellent and made the break absolutely fantastic. (99321004)

The peace and quiet

The fact that the table d'hote menu had only 3 choices for starter and main course for a week at a time.

The Hotel was first class and the staff particularly warm and helpful. The food was excellent, particularly dinner. The leisure centre was very modern and well run. Very good value for money. (3305215804)

Excellent situation and of a very high standard throughout.

Nothing

The staff on early check in performed poorly: asking me to put my luggage in store cupboard without asking my name or giving me a receipt. I then had to ask them to confirm that there was a room reserved for me. Otherwise it was a very good experience - a very comfortable room and good service, especially at breakfast. (3304553651)

Good room, beds & bathroom

Apart from the uncertainty generated about the accommodation cost (see above) we have no complaints about our stay. We enjoyed a first class break in first class accommodation with premier service both for own individual needs and those for our daughter's wedding reception. A number of family and friends were equally impressed. (3304144968)

Spacious rooms with high quality furniture and fittings.

More transparent pricing structure. The online price quoted (£101) for a double room was cheaper than the supposedly preferential 'wedding party' rate (£145) quoted to my daughter when reserving a number of rooms for guests.
