Large and well-furnished rooms, well-maintained public spaces, polite and efficient staff.
Complimentary bathrobes had clearly been used by heavy smokers and had a very unpleasant smell of smoke to them. A late night fire alarm was a minor irritant but was handled efficiently and undramatically.Excellent hotel, friendly staff and great location all added up to create the perfect weekend break. I think i knew everything i needed to know about the hotel fro booking it on-line, the added bonus was the friendly staff who were always on hand to help, they are a credit to your hotel!!! (2417620)
