Central to earls court

The receptionist at check in was indifferent bordering on rude. However, the rest of the staff were friendly particularly the girls in the bar and the man who checked us out. Food in the bar was very good. Breakfast was just ok. Good budget hotel once you get past the receptionist. (99188669)

Central to all our needs

In excellent position for Earls Court. Nearest tube was West Brompton about 5 min walk. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Although tea and coffee facilities were provided only two tea bags for two people, if you like more take some of your own.If we were going to an event at earls court again would definately book this hotel again. We were exhibiting ant a show in Earls Court, so the location of this hotel was perfect. There was on site parking which meqant we did not have to find elsewhere to park and we could then walk to Earls Court. The Bar and restaurant made our visit even easier as we did not have to go anywhere in the evening if we did not feel like it. We will definitely stay again, but maybe venture out this time as i am sure there were other eateries locally. Also the fact that it was just out of the Congestion zone saved us some money! The hotel was in good condition and the fat that it had a bar and restaurant on site made it very easy.

I the majority of London hotels I have stayed in - (and that is quite a few!) I have found the staff to be very indifferent and not very friendly. The staff in this hotel made you feel special and that makes it all worthwhile. The hotel itself was absolutely spotless and the rooms were larger than the usual London hotel shoe box room. It was quiet and orderly. Staff were pleasant and polite. Close proximity to the venue we were attending at Earls Court.

We required blankets and although our request was dealt with quickly and efficiently, the blankets were not clean. We had requested a non-smoking room, but one of the blankets smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke and the other two had white marks on them.

1st class hotel 10/10 for everything. i will stay here again we r all very happy... This hotel was excellent in that the staff were friendly and helpful, although one of the younger members of staff on duty at the information desk was sloppy in his demeanor - still friendly though! The only complaint I have is that the booking in and out procedures took far too long. I had pre-booked and was dealt with quickly...when I finaly got to the front of the queue. There must be a better way of dealing with the busy periods, especially in the morning when I was in a hurry - who isn't in the mornings? (3304815407)

we would advise anyone going to take a good london map with road names and numbers- we had an excellent a-z with us which really helped as driving through earls court is busy at any time of day- lanes can be confusing, particularly as the route we initially planned to take was not sign-posted. on the other hand, once you're in the right area the hotel is so tall it's really easy to spot. the car park seemed very secure and was only £14 for 24hrs- ideal for an overnight stay, but maybe a bit pricey if you stay for longer. we didn't eat at the hotel as we didn't have time before going out, but the menus in the room had loads of choice and were reasonably priced. room was well decorated/ furnished and the shower was brilliant! this is a perfect place to stay if you're going to the exhibition centre- really close and easy to find from the hotel.
