Room quality, working order of everything, superb aircon, gym was great though not adequate for more than 2 comfortably but given the size of hotel and number of people that would use a gym in London hotels it's great. Staff most helpful and friendly, this is now my main stay in London whilst on business

Can't find any. Only thing I can think of is when people read this everyone will flock there and there'd be no room for me.

microwave didn't work througout my stay even after i let them know. the switches fell off the new lamp, bathplug didn't come out after you put it in, internet which they said was free didn't work so i had to pay 24 pounds to go online separately which put up the price. please would you arrange to refund this to me as it was advertised with free internet. i did complain every day and 3 different leads were brought but none worked. Room was unbelievable small.

Small room, dirty windows, had not been cleaned for ages, discarded cigarette behind sink on wash stand, towel rail - no instructions on how to use, unable to remove bath stopper- had to call reception twice to get problem resolved

excellent position close to tube and shops. Friendly staff. Windows may be opened.

Breakfast just adequate, smoke smell throughout including our non-smoking room.

The place is very clean, well refurbished, and stylish. They seem to have thought of most things to make you feel comfortable. Excellent value for money. Well run and friendly. (99681519)

La ubicación del hotel para hacer una visita a Londres es inmejorable (a 150 metros de la estación de metro Earl's Court). Zona tranquila y segura, muy bien dotada con supermercados, bares, restaurantes...) Las habitaciones son todas enmoquetadas, límpias y están perfectamente equipadas (aire acondicionado, microondas, nevera, cafetera, plancha, TFT TV...) Si reservais este hotel que sepais que os pueden alojar en el edificio donde se encuentra la recepción o en otro enfrente donde no hay recepción ni ascensor, aunque las habitaciones son exáctamente iguales (quizás alguna más pequeña). Nosotros estuvimos en dos habitaciones diferentes (una en cada edificio). Como nota anecdótica os cuento que la alarma anti-incendios sonó tres veces en días diferentes lo cual acojona un poco (sobre todo si estais en un tercero sin recepción ni ascensor y deja de funcionaros el teléfono que os comunica con el hotel). Por esta razón solicitamos el cambio de habitación al edificio principal y al día siguiente ellos mismos se encargaron de llevarnos el equipaje a la nueva habitación. Con todo... si volvemos a Londres (que volveremos) darémos prioridad a este hotel para volver a alojarnos en él. (3304312517)

Situación inmejorable. Habitaciones muy limpias y bien equipadas. Personal muy amable.

Problemas con la alarma anti-incendios. Habitaciones fuera del edificio principal (sin recepción y ascensor).

Stay was okay for the money. I did book an executive room, but did expect it to be bigger for the extra money. Breakfast was expensive for what it was. Staff could of been more attentive, a bit too casual and slow. (3304318089)

Quality of bed sheets (duvets please!) , room very small, cramped with too much furniture, staff very laid back not very attentive, also very hot in the room.

The room was small, but it was more than adequate. The bathroom was a good size and spotlessly clean. I thought the hotel was excellent and would recommend it to anyone. I would certainly use it again. I was most impressed with the room. My only disappointment was that the main lift was out of action and the service lift was only available from the 1st floor. The quality of the decor and facilities in the room
