Nice hotel very clean nicely decorated. Nice clean room with tea and cofee faciliates.Breakfast was nicely cooked and served by helpful and pleasant staff and served in a very pleasant dining room.Hotel is also near town centre (97601784)

Lovely room clean nicely decorated comfortable bed clean towels even though we only stayed two nights.

Second day of stay which was a saturday we had to help ourselves to breakfast and the saff could not fill the food containers quick enough to serve everybody but I have to say they were most helpful and polite

The hotel was very convenient for walking into Norwich centre and not having to use the car to visit the Cathedral and shops. The evening meal was good but the desserts were unimaginative. (3304425128)

I would use this hotel again as it is very convenient for an overnight stay (our daughter is at UEA). However I woulds not use it for a weekend away (i.e. two or more nights). I would prefer to pay a little bit more to get something more relaxing/luxurious. Hotel looks very nice in the photographs but inside, apart from the Family bedroom which was nice, doesn't really come up to the same standard. (3304142895)

Location - excellent for walking to the city centre. Cleanliness of bedroom (stayed in the Family Room). Good choice of breakfast. Hotel was good value for money overall.

Appearnace of some of the public areas, in particular the bar which looked tacky and was full of smoke. Bar prices are far too expensive. Reastaurant/Breakfast room was too small. Luckily we arrived early for breakfast, others had to wait until a table became vacant. Not enough space in the car park when we stayed.

I would have appreciated knowing the location of the bar, that it was open and that it provided bar meals (Sometimes more acceptable to the lone guest) Questions had to be asked, for example: do I need to book for a meal, do I need to tell you when I want breakfast. I would have liked a morning newspaper but it was not offered. Such issues are perhaps purely attributed to the efficiency of the staff and not the hotel itself. No manager or supervisor was evident.
