Very nice hotel, good decor, spacious rooms, reasonably priced restaurant and helpful staff. Easy public transport links to Haarlem and Amsterdam and the large car park makes parking easier than in Haarlem town centre hotels.

At first, we were allocated a non smoking room (as requested), but it was down two flights of stairs without a lift. The room was surrounded by building work, and the corridor carpets were covered by dust sheets. There was evidence of ongoing building work everywhere in that part of the hotel, and builders' dust hung in the air. We refused the room, and were reallocated a much better room in another part of the hotel well away from the building work - in fact we would not have known that any such work was taking place if we had not been allocated to that part of the hotel first. A pity that the second room was not a non smoking room, which seemed to be in short supply in the hotel. (99086703)

Hotel used by flight crews, who tended to be rather noisy at night.

Nowadays, for a 4stars hotel, in Netherlands, for that cost, I find it unacceptable. The carpet, the walls in the runways and the curtains were dirty. No mirror in the badroom, no hairdryer ... (99858187)
