comfy beds spacious rooms, iron dair dryer and a safe made it a lot more releving to leave things in the accomadation without a worry.

i stayed their 3 nights no one evan gretted me to say morning, the maids wer very loud wile cleaning so a late night in wasnt acheaved without intefirence and also a man came to my room the night befor check out told me when am i leaving evan though i had one night left argued the point that im wrong called reseption found it was their mistake and i didnt evan get a sorry or any think evan though they wer in the wrong he just walked away and said "reseption made a mistake" the next day i checked out and wasnt asked if i had a good stay just "yep your room has been paid for" i found the staff rude and so did my partner. we simply thought it was down to us being mixed race as their could not have been any other reason...

The main restaurant had no atmosphere and appeared to be unmanned, as I waited for awhile to be shown to a table, but gave up and went outside the hotel for a meal. The bar area was better for service.

The room was a good size and had everything we required.The chair in particular was very comfortable and so was the bed.You cannot hear the other rooms plumbing which is a problem in some hotels

being so close to the door to the lift which bangs everytime someone comes through it.

Hotel is reasonably good, modern and kept clean... some attention to detail would raise this hotel, e.g. clean the finger plates on the door. While I found that my stay a pleasurable experience the hotel is a bit sterile. The claim of wifi across the hotel is false meaning that you have to make use of the wired access at extortionate rates. I would go back and I think the hotel is excellent value for money. i would like to have known what was close to the hotel, so we could plan ahead, for meals etc. it would also be helpful if there was a sample menu with prices. otherwise the hotel is lovely, with pleasant and helpful staff and good facilities. as i said the only downfall is the food being so expensive and limited choice - it is tasty though. the leisure facilities were very good, a lovely pool and spa area and a well equipped gym. the room was clean, but in need of updating. it was very comfortable. the service in the restaurant was quick (but is was very quiet when we were in there), polite and efficient.

the food in the hotel is very expensive, i found it very hard to justify paying £25 for two english breakfasts. we also found there was very ittle choice for dinner, so we went to the carvery on the next roundabout for dinner and enjoyed it very much! i would also like a few more milk cartons and sugars in the rooms, got to have a good cup of tea in the morning!
