It was a great location, right in the middle of the city centre, great links to public transport. Very close to all the main attractions of the city. Staff where very friendly and professional. Our room was small but had everything we needed, the bathroom was lovely ( once at the hotel we upgraded to a deluxe room). The hotel had changed owners and name now the Tulip Inn but that did not interfer with our booking and we were informed well in advance. (97041755)

The location and the style and decor of our room.

there was nothing really to dislike. Construction work was being carried out for the duration of our stay, but we were informed of this on our arrival. The builders where not allowed to start drilling before 9am and if they did, then we were told to inform reception.

Excellent location with easy access to Central station and within walking distance to majority of main main sites of the city. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who requires a central location for a weekend break or longer. (99584002)

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast provided both hot and cold food.

I was a little surprised that there was not a bar in the hotel. We had chosen this hotel because one of our party was disabled. The hotel provided facilities for him such as lift access etc. Due to his disability he often returned to the hotel before the rest of the group and would have liked to have had a drink in the bar. 1) The hotel location. It was situated a few meters from Dam Square. 2) The hotel staff spoke very good english they were also very poilte and helpful.

We were upgraded to a star room which were nice but a bit on the small size.
