It would have been beneficial to know at the time of booking that I would have to pay for car parking. In view of the fact that many customer would be on business, a basic trouser press should be fitted in the rooms. Overall the service was very efficient, friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable, however like all hotels in the U.K. completely overpriced compared to Europe or the USA (97173226)
