Best Western Mornington Hotel

The room was a little smaller than I thought it would be but this hotel was nice and very worth it for the value. (99089122)

I liked the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom was decent and up to standards.

Helpful and very friendly staff. Location perfect for visiting London. Breakfast very good. Would be nice to have some no smoking area in the reception area..albeit it is not a very large area. Room very plesant and had everything we required...although it was very warm when we visited because the weather was unusually warm for April. Booking on the web site was easy and delivered everything requested. Would stay at Best Western again and recommend to friends and colleagues. (99083453)

Staff friendly and very helpful

Squeaky floor boards and squeaky doors (which could have easily been fixed with some WWD40 oil.

Generally enjoyed the stay. The room was a little small, but OK for one night. Would better suit a business traveller than one on vacation. (99055222)

the rooms were not to a high standard, the door jammed when opening,the window did not close fully and the traffic out front was noisy at night, the breakfast was adequate, service was o.k.the desk was helpful, i asked for none smoking but was offered a smoking because the none smoking was 'allot smaller'. although there was no smoke smell in the room.
