The rooms are fair value for money in London. The hotel has been refurbished recently and is generally clean. I stayed during London fashion week when accomodation was very scarce, I wouldn't stay agin a out of choice. (97694042)

The hotel was on an attractive street that was quite quiet. The neighborhood was very attractive. It was in walking distance of Paddington Station and the commercial areas around the station where there were a few restaurants. The staff said that the local pub wasn't the greatest, but we did have access to some ethnic restaurants. There was wifi in the lobby area and you could pay for broadband in the room. There was air conditioning that worked fairly well. Staff was helpful. It was rather a nice place, but our major complaint was that our room was WAY TOO SMALL for two people. Who knows what the sizes of the other rooms are, but 804 is not enough space for two. (99501842)

it was not near marble arch like it said the rooms where small the bar area was not inviting looked a bit run down in places

As I say overall everything was fine with the hotel, female staff on check in desk could be more pleasant. The room was clean but very hot and the noise from the traffic outside was bad. The smell from the bathroom was also bad. The location was excellent and I would stay again. (99985402)
