It was all perfectly adequate for needs, central and easy to and from.

Bed was could have been more comfortable and I was able to hear the lift during the night.

Location is excellent for shopping and pubs. Steff were excellent and extremely helpful. We had a lonf wait for our train and they provided a safe place for us to leave our bags. (107466020)

The main problem was the inconsiderate nature of the other guests making lots of noise very early on in the morning and continuing even after they were requested to be quiet.

The hotel is centrally located, opposite Leeds station, we were there for a major concert at Elland Road, it was very easy to reach as there was shuttle buses laid on. The hotel was comfortable & the staff very friendly, I would definitely stay there again if I need an overnight stop in Leeds (97581698)

The member of staff at reception was very helpful and friendly.

One of the lifts wasn't working.

The internal fixtures and fittings of the hotel would in a very poor state. Bedroom door was a FIRE DOOR which had a gap all the way around letting light right through. This I am sure is against Health & Safety Regs. Carpets were extremely badly stained. As you came out of the lift the carpet had stained footprints and lots of other stains. There was mould on the bathroom ceiling. As I am a manager in overseas tourism this hotel is most definitely not up to 3 star standards! The bath had rust pitted spots. The television remote control was broken and had sellotape around it to hold the baterries in place. (97529790)

THE QUALITY OF THE FURNITURE AND THE VERY HARD BED

The hotel is ideally situated for the station, which was necessary for our stay. The staff were friendly, informative and efficient and dealt with a query immediately. The carpets in the hotel are stained in places although they were otherwise clean. And we had not picked up on the fact that there are no public rooms, but there are plenty of pubs/eating places nearby. (97156859)

The rooms were comfortable but very warm. Due to the noise outside the hotel you couldn't open any of the windows. The noise continued till 4 am. It wasn't just the traffic but the public leaving clubs and pubs that was very loud. The hotel itself I would recommend and where it is situated next to the train station is ideal but the noise puts me off returning. So if you are a light sleeper it may not be ideal for you. The room was tastefully decorated and spacious. It had everything to make your stay comfortable.

Due to being in Leeds city centre it was very noisey. This caused a sleepless night.

The housekeeping was disapointing. Whowever cleaned forgot to remove the soiled towels left by the previous occupant. Also a used coffee cup and all the open buscuit wrappers were left on the sidetable near the bed. The bed did however look as if it had been made up with clean bed linen. The Duty Manager was made aware and I felt assured that this was a blip & not the norm. (99273557)

The last time i stayed at this hotel there was no breakfast provision apart from in the pub next door, this stay you have provided a breakfast area, i was not made aware of this and would have planned my meeting to start later if i had known this was available. (99257914)
