The location is ideal for visiting central Manchester and the hotel was easy to find. The room had good facilities and was a comfortable size for two people . The food and beverage prices were good value for money with the possible exception of breakfast. (99773583)

positive comments The room was comfortable and clean
negative comments The central heating was too high and the window was difficult to open

positive comments I was pleasantly suprised at the standard of the accommodation. The room was also at the back and was extremely quiet considering the location of the hotel.

Great location, very nice lobby area and good service, but let down by the poor quality rooms. The three rooms I saw (two internal doubles and one with windows) had very dated decor and fitting. The air con was noisy and unable to cope with the heat and humidity of such small rooms with showers, hairdryers etc. One of our rooms was adjacant to the lift, which had a very loud lift mechanism that was in use to the early hours of the night - not sure about noise on lower floors though. positive comments Fantastic central location, just a few minutes away from the town centre shops / bars etc. Very nice breakfast / bar area.
negative comments Re-furbish the rooms and improve the air con and noisy lift.
