As said the location was brilliant, we work near Liverpool street and it was a direct tube journey. The price was very good but the accomodation could do with a bit of love and attention. (97862766)

positive comments The location and price (as got the hotel in a last minute deal)
negative comments Although brilliant price, the acommodation does not appear to be very well looked after. There were towels on the floor as you went down the stairs to reception and there was paint peeling off the walls which made it look shabby....
Excellent

Ok apart from the problems with the very small room, curtain and noisy staff outside our window.Location good. (99903187)

positive comments Hotel was central and convenient.Good Breakfast.
negative comments Room was very small considering it was supposed to be a double and we had been told that we were moved from a small room into bigger one, felt the other way around.Staff were speaking very loudly on the fire escape outside the room for an hour when we were resting. The curtain did not close fully with the window open allowing visibilty into the room via the fire escape used by staff(also noisy). The bed sheets did not fully fit onto bed either.

Apart from the fact that we had to go with our suitcases around the narrow hallways and down a flight of stairs to make it to our room, every thing else was fine. Our room was always kept clean. The staff were very helpful. Value for money was great especially when you consider that you included Breakfast. (99100491)

positive comments Great value for the money.
negative comments Going down the steps on the first floor to make it to the room with all of our suitcases.

I think the staff need cusomer service training and the hotel needs a deep clean with the stock checked for old sell by date products (99460517)

negative comments The staff were not very friendly, the drinks from the vending machine were out of date and the staff seem to blame it on the wholesalers which i thought unacceptable, as it i their stock or their guests as well as that they never wanted to give me a refund I had to ask for my refund of

positive comments Good location. Cheap value for money. Clean room & good breakfast.
negative comments Room was terribly pokey. Not much room for two people with large suitcases. Bed was poor & floor was a slant.

I was very happy with everything. Price was good. Like every home there is always things to do, likewise with a hotel. Just try to do now rather then later! Otherwise, well done! (2887569)

positive comments After reading reviews, was rather apprehensive about staying but was very impressed with everything. As with old buildings, one always needs to do alot of maintenance, which you will need to do in the NOT TOO distance future. Hope light in lift has been replaced? HOT WATER = devine shower.
negative comments Just little things, like filling cracks, light bulb for lift ect.
