The hotel in general was tired and really needed urgent refurbishment , starting with a good carpet clean! Our wall paper was coming off the wall and bathroom tiles were only clean as high as the house-keeper could reach and the shower mixer valve was broken.The room was pretty cold even though the radiators were on. There was no parking, very difficult to find by car due to bus and taxi only streets.

As above, if i had known what the quality of the room and bathroom where like i would have chosen another hotel as i found it expensive compared to other hotels on a simular rating and in a poorer maintaned condition (99974016)

I will never stay in this Hotel ever again. The room was filthy , carpet was torn , furniture was in a bad shape , the Front reception staff was un courtious and un friendly. Over all a very depressing experience.
