très belle chambre et une très belle vue sur le pont Erasmus!L'hotel se situe pas loin du centre ce qui est aussi très avantageux. et le prix des chambres équivalait à la qualité. Très satisfaite de ce petit séjour.

comme notre séjour était très court, d'une seule nuit, nous n'avons pas de points negatifs

The hotel was fine. A nice location at the foot of the Erasmus Bridge affords good views. I would recommend the hotel to friends as the price was good for our four night stay. (99967379)

The waterfront view was very nice.

The difference between the room illustrated on the website and the decor of the room we had. Although it was quite alright it was still something of an anti climax!

The car parking was a bit more complicated than expected, though the staff directed us well, and it was very useful to know to park near the stair exit for the hotel. It would be useful to have a map/directions on the web showing how to get to the car park entrance - it would be far better if the car park under the hotel could be made available! Staff were most helpful, efficient and friendly. There was a bit of a reluctance to show my wife where the stairs were (she doesn't like lifts) - they do not seem to be very clearly signed, which I would have thought would be essential in an emergency. TV facilities good for English guests. Minibar and snack choice excellent (though we didn't use it). Bed very comfortable. Generally excellent. Breakfast was one of the best I have enjoyed, with both hot and cold selections, good variety of bread (though having already tasted a few excellent Dutch cheeses, I was expecting a bit more choice there), and champagne was a definite big plus! Express check-out is a very good option (though there is the slight worry that a double/wrong charge may be more difficult to resolve once out of the country)

Map of Rotterdam was given to us at the hotel but short stay guests really require a guide to sights/restaurants/shopping areas etc. as well. (99270466)

The room was lovely

Not as spacious as expected

I checked in 23:30 in the evening and out 08:30 the very next morning. Hence did not have the possibility to use the hotel's facilities. But I slept well, had a nice shower, felt all right and couldn't really ask for much more. (99292945)

It was choosen by reason that it was in the vicinity of my meetings the next day. But I found it very functional, clean and an excellent basis for business and pleasure when staying in Rotterdam

The interior architect is taking chances when decorating the rooms in such a retro-modernistic way.
