What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Child Policy:

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 4 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
