What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

If you need to cancel a booking please go to the Cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. One older child or adult is charged EUR 30.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
