What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel a booking please go to the Cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

All further children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One further older child or adult is charged USD 35.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
One child under 3 years is charged USD 10.00 per night and person in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
