What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel a booking please go to the Cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

Child Policy:
All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 4 to 5 years are charged EUR 31.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 6 to 11 years are charged EUR 39.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 12 to 14 years are charged 75 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
