What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel a booking please go to the Cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
