What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel a booking please go to the Cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

Deposit Policy:
No deposit will be charged.
Internet Policy:
Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Free public parking is possible on site.
Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 4.50 per day.

VAT is included.

EUR 1.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Child Policy:
All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.
One child from 4 to 8 years is charged EUR 16.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
One child from 9 to 14 years is charged EUR 18.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
