What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel a booking please go to the Cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

Deposit Policy:
50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 15 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One child from 3 to 5 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night in an extra bed.
One child from 6 to 11 years is charged EUR 19.50 per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If modified later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
