What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

If you need to cancel a booking please go to the Cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

Deposit Policy:

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Internet Policy:

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Pet Policy:

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Parking Policy:

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 5.00 per day.

Extra Charges Policy:

VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included.

Child Policy:

All children are welcome. All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
