Clean, good value for money, useful tourist desk information, easy access to Metro station.

The leisure facilities where not working, sauna not working and jacusi water was cold.

thought the rooms were great for the money, clean and the staff helpful

you dont have a coffee shop or somewhere to get a quick cup of coffee, we were leaving early and in the morning and the only food offered was the brunch which we didnt have the time for or the need..I did talk to a staff member and he made arrangements for us to get just coffee and a bowl of cereal which is something you might consider...people even if they were coming for a convention or to see something local will want to know they can grab a fast cup of coffee
