Well designed hotel with ocean view balconies, comfortable beds, spacious closets and large bathroom. Centrally located within easy walking distance of great restaurants and shopping district. Restaurant and bar located in hotel, also. Very pleased with cleanliness. Staff has limited understanding of English and some of our requests were not understood. The parking fee for car was 20 Euros per night, which is high compared to other hotels we have visited, and costly since we stayed seven nights. Room rates were very good. (99051970)

Reception had limited understanding of English and some of our requests were not understood. Parking fee for car was quite high (20 Euros per night). Only one person on duty and an important call was not answered by the staff because he went to the toilet and no one answered the phones.

Overall enjoyable stay after a poor check-in. Facilities were generally excellent (99562994)

The room we were eventually given was excellent and met the expectations we had from the website, but we had to negotiate strongly with the reception staff to change our original allocated room which we felt was not what we had booked.

Bonitas instalaciones, personal muy amable, buenas vistas al mar y justo delante de la playa.

Flooring in the room was tile which only added to the noise and 'cold' atmosphere. The furniture and amenities (eg TV) were old and dated .... not conducive to 4-star ratings I've enjoyed in other parts of Europe and N. America. Generally, the hotel is overpriced for its condition and amenities. The area/local construction which was ongoing during my stay (and appeared will be going on for some months more) added to the noisy atmosphere and DID NOT enhance this visit at all. (99627450)

Hotel has ideal location ... but that's its only redeeming feature!

Rooms are noisy and poorly appointed. Walls seemed 'paper thin' which meant you could hear everything in the adjoining rooms.
