The staff who delt with us when we checked in, was very helpful and accommoding. Also, the hotel is quite near to the centre where most of the attractions are.

Staff were very helpful, especially when we asked for local eating places and about local travel. Our room was perfect for us, better than we expected as our visit was booked the day before we travelled! An enjoyable experience.

The only 'BLIP" was breakfast! We didn't feel it matched the standard of the rest of the facilities in the hotel. We would have liked an aroma of fresh Italian coffee in the morning rather than a vending machine which we had to use ourselves!!!
