Good location, conveinant for train station. Decent size room, hotel next door where you check in has some useful facilities and staff.

Bathroom had a bad smell - old plumbing! But was acceptable.

Excellent location, good breakfast,very clean, free internet access in main hotel, very good value, quiet, comfy beds and spacious room

Very eastern European, quite austere. Rooms only cleaned on request at extra charge, and only one towel provided and no shampoos or other sundries, no safe, duvet very odd!!

Location was brilliant - on the edge of the old town, overlooking parkland. Only a street away from main bus and train station and shopping centre. 10 minute walk to Jewish district, Wawel etc.

Not really a bad point, but we thought that we had already paid online when we gave credit card details, but it was only for security. If we had known that we still had to actually pay, we would have saved more of the local currency to pay with. Still, it was no problems as the hotel said we could pay partly with zloty andpartly with card.
