We decided on Gubbio as an ideal small town for a two night stay. The hotel we chose because it looked good on the website and had good reviews. How right we were! The Rennaissance suite was a true surprise and all the staff were so helpful. (107253924)

Beautiful rooms, gorgeous views, perfect staff - and a great city.

The hotel is very centrally located in Gubbio but is very difficult to find by car if you have not visited before. We parked in the central square and found the hotel quite easily on foot. Reception staff were then excelent in getting our baggage transferred to the hotel very quickly. The check in process was fast friendly and efficient and we had a very nice double room with lovely views across Gubbio. The room actually appeared to have disabled facilities which we were not expecting and didn't need - they were obviously no problem to us. The breakfast table was a bit sparse but we followed a group of 12 cyclists who obviously had quite sizeable appetites. We would stay at the hotel again if we were in Gubbio. (46289653)

We were not immediately issued with a controller for the air conditioning and had to ask for it when we returned in the evening
