Ci è capitato di avere un problema ed arrivare molto tardi la prima sera e siamo stati accolti con estrema disponibilità: non solo abbiamo potuto fare il check-in alle undici di sera, ma abbiamo avuto il mobile della signora che ci ha spiegato la strada e ha tenuto occupato un parcheggio per la nostra macchina vicino al BB. All'arrivo ci è stata offerta una bevanda calda. Cosa si può chiedere di più? (108897829)

La struttura è originale, molto ben tenuta e pulita. Le proprietarie sono premurose e molto gentili, sempre disponibili a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente (a noi hanno persino prenotato il ristorante)e a dare informazioni. La colazione del mattino è eccezionale. L'atmosfera è familiare e piacevole.

Purtroppo la struttura non ha parcheggio gratuito.

Sehr zentral, in der Altstadt, gelegen. Zur Piazza Grande sind es nur einige Schritte. Sehr unkonventionelles Ambiente und ein Morgenessen von dem wir heute noch schwärmen.

Parkplätze sind rar.

Once in a while you get lucky and find a place to stay where all involved there give not only what is expected, but also (freely) of themselves. Only in one other place - the Hotel Tirrenia in Viareggio, Italy - have we found such a depth of genuine caring for and attention to the welfare and needs of the traveller. Such nice people. Add the simple elegant environment, the warm comfortable rooms and outstanding breakfast and Caffe Dell'Arte was the perfect night away for us. (107500628)

Spotless, well organised, genuinely friendly, comfortable, quiet, perfectly located for the heart of town. Their beautifully presented continental breakfast is the best we've ever seen in a less than 5 star resort - and plentiful too. Great coffee...

Shower hot water took a very long time (like 4 minutes + ) to heat, but then the shower itself was perfect.
