The breakfast was good, although fresh fruit would be nice. The room was warm. One gentleman on reception was helpful.

The shower head was terrible and the floor of the shower flooded, making for a challenging shower.

Cleaning service could be better: trash was laying in the garbage been for 2 days, single-serve shampoo wasn't replaced when needed, rugs near the beds were stained. The hotel has rather small restaurant and it was completely overcrowded during breakfast - hardly possible to find a table

Excellent location

It was ok for my purposes - an easy to find hotel near the station and the city - but if I go to Vienna again for a longer stay I'd probably try to stay somewhere else, a bit further from the station. However, I would stay at the hotel again under the same circumstances. (107721274)

The hotel was easy to find from the train station, which is what I wanted as my train arrived late. The breakfast was good.

The TV didn't seem to have many channels and the bed was small.

I like everything about the hotel before I left. But their "after sales service" is very very poor. I left my glasses there and called back to ask, nobody willing to entertaint me. Bad attitude, will not go back again! (107488760)

Going to the city is very easy because the underground metro is just a 3 minutes walk. If you want to save some money on transportation, you can also walk to the city although I must warn you that it will be a 45 minutes walk. If you choose to walk, you can find that the Naschmarkt and Belvedere Palace is just nearby.

My room was not air-conditioned. Every night, I need to have a shower before going to bed because the room is very warm.
