THE STAFF WERE RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL, HAD TO ASK ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS FOR MILK WHEN EATING BREAKFAST WHEN OTHER GUESTF WERE BEING TREATED BETTER THEN MYSELF AND MY FAMILY WOULD MOST DEFENATLEY NEVER RETURN TO GRAZ AND STAY IN THIS HOTEL, MORE LIKE A 2 STAR HOTEL THE WHAT WAS STATED VERY DISSAPOINTED.

Everything I experienced while using this hotel was to the standard I was expecting, the staff were friendly and helpfull, the facilities were clean and the food was to a good standard. (99398815)

The accommodation was generous, clean, well presented and functional.

The TV could have been bigger, and good reading chair would not have gone amiss.
