MY MOTHER HAD TO REQUEST A HOTEL BY LOOKING AT THE INTERNET AND HER JUDGEMENT WAS BASED ON WHAT SHE SAW. MY NAME IS THERESA STARR OLIVER AND THE HOTEL WAS VERY,VERY NIC. THEREFORE, THE DESCRIPTION WAS TRUE AS PER THE INTERNET REVIEW.

We stayed here on our last night of a two-week visit to be close to the airport. Desk, bar, and restaurant staff all communicated well in English -- a good transition night from German back to English for us. Room was pleasant. (107160788)

Excellent shower -- immediately hot, good pressure, removable shower head with hose; free shuttle to/from airport; table, chair, and internet access in room; long hours for dining, pool and fitness area; we didn't hear noise from other guests

Air conditioning did not work -- may be out of season. Adjusting the temp of unit to cooler made the heat come on! Cool outside but so near the airport that we couldn't sleep with the window open. Indoor pool wasn't disabled-accessible -- stairs up and down to get to pool and no steps into the pool (ladder only).

Schade, dass uns die Information, dass der Flughafen-Shuttle erst ab 6.00Uhr morgens erfolgt, bei der persönliche Anmeldung mitgeteilt wurde. Wir hatten vorher per E-mail schon den früheren Shuttle-Transfer gewünscht und beantragt. Schade! (97746086)
