Campanile Saint Quentin

A bad experience. We will never stay at the St. Quentin Campanile again. (107627151)

None, except easy access to A26 autoroute.

Furniture in room (Room No. 5)is in poor condition. Light switch for bathroom actually inside bathroom below mirror. Extractor fan not working. Restaurant staff uncooperative and inefficient. Very poor tea & coffee-making facilities compared with other hotels. Cheap cups. Hotel in poor location. Unable to walk safely into town centre as there are no pavements.

The bedding stank of smoke, as did the whole room. The towels, although they looked clean, smelt of stale food and cooking fat. It appeared that the laundry room was next to the kitchen
