cheap, easy to find, en-route to Swiss Alps

felt like staying in a prison cell,not that I have stayed in one.

From the price, I'd expected quite a basic room, but it was a little more basic than I had been expecting. The lack of space to store clothes was frustrating. The feel of the room was very sparse, not helped by very bare walls and floor. The shower was very tiny which meant that you were constantly fighting the shower curtain! Overall, it was very clean, but very spartan and personally I prefer to stay somewhere less basic. (107960610)

Breakfast was very good value, free wireless internet access was great, room was clean.

Nowhere available to put clothes away other than hangers below the top bunk, en-suite bathroom had the look and feel of a portaloo. Hotel was unstaffed during the night.

très chaud et pas de clime

having arrived late in the evening we obtained our room keys through the automated system. we had ordered two rooms and unfortunately one had not been cleaned and still had an unmade bed which was obviously a shock. luckily we soon found the night porter who quickly found us a new room and was very apologetic and very embarrased by the oversight, not of his making. the day staff also apologised and were very good. i'm not sure what we would have done if we couldnt find the night porter however this is the first time we have had a problem with this hotel and you get what you pay for. Sur les deux chambres louées il y persistait une odeur de tabac dans l'une d'elles . Manque d'insonorisation entre les chambres .
