The booking was for Appart City Chateau Nantes, this name was not to be found on the building and we spent a long time trying to find it. It was not made clear on the booking form that the reception closed at 7.0pm. This meant a lengthy process making phone calls to obtain codes room number etc. (97608429)

L'adresse officielle est sur la rue Masson que les taxis ne connaissent pas. Il serait préférable de donner une adresse sur la rue Fourré.

Par rapport à d'autres apparthotels que nous avons connus, la chambre est trop petite pour deux adultes. Manque un sèche cheveux dans la sdb. (97154018)

I would like to have known how to check into the accomodation. We arrived at 19.00 hours but still reception was closed. Only luck meant we met anouther English person who new how to open the safe and get the key. The reception was never open and there was no way to check out on the Sunday morning. For the price I would have expected the breakfast to be included. I would have like to be given the information that my bed was going to be a sofa bed before I booked the accomodation. I found the hotel to be clean and tidy and very well located in the centre of town. The concept of the hotel is good but more information needs to be given to guests before they arrive. (97053011)

The hotel was very pleasent and in a good locatio.Although it was very difficult to find,and the directions on the website were very poor.Locals could not even help us.In the end the tourist infomation centre helped us explaining it is a new rd so not yet on any maps. The staff did not seem to understand that we were arriving a day later than scheduled, even though we discussed it the day before with the receptionist and it took them some time to allocate a room to us. The room was inadequate to say the least, the beds were so small I fell off mine rolling over in the night. There was no hanging space for clothes despite there being a roomy cupboard in the bathroom filled with cleaning stuff. Overall expensive and cramped. (97263967)

A great place to stay and just a short walk to the Castle and about a 10 min walk to the centre of town. Check out is 10.30 we thought it was 12noon as it said it on our confirmation email from Active Hotels so that needs to be put right. (99963427)

For the price I paid this was the best hotel I have stayed in. It was very clean, well equipped, quiet and only a short walk (five minutes) from the old part of the town centre (the Castle/Cathedral side). At less than 100 Euros for a two night stay it was exceptional value, especially when considering that two of me would have been the same price. (99833499)
