not good value for money in standard below other hotels stayed at. Would not use it or that chain again. (97729022)

positive comments the staff were great. the location was great.
negative comments no towels on sunday arrival. Paying extra for tv, towels. No internet facility in hotel. No floor coverings so noise was excessive from appartments above and beside.
