Car security is very good - two gates with a remote given to hotel residents only. The room was clean and tidy - didn't look run down at all. It was adequate for what we needed it for - sleeping. We didn't realise however that is was more or less a little apartment(with cooker and kettle, etc) we didn't require it but it would have been nice to know. The area is pretty, quiet and tidy. The hotel is really close to the metro so easy access to Paris and other rail links. A little confusing to find but wouldn't have been a problem if we'd had satnav.

An extremely convenient hotel, well placed for motorways and all the places of interest in Rheims. Its car parking arrangements are very good and the staff are helpful. An ideal hotel for overnight stops and short breaks in the Champagne area (97488393)

It offered good, secure parking and was extremely convenient for the A4 and A26 motorways. The reception staff were very helpful and our room was clean.

I think that the shower and the toilet facilities should be upgraded and that it would be better to offer fresh milk and butter, at breakfast, rather than small cartons. Also, the mini-bar was difficult to open.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location ideal for sightseeing and for access to town centre in the evening. Excellent secure parking. Reims is a beautiful town with excellent restaurants and of course the Champagne caves are amazing! (99116302)

This is a chain hotel with very little french atmosphere. Even so, it is clean, comfortable and convenient and good value for the price. (99995109)

Convenience to i. autoroute;ii. citycentre and restaurants; iii. cathedral.

Staff were helpful but hotel is a little austere and in need of decorating. Heating did not work in our room but was fine in our children's. We were only there for one night so it fulfilled our needs but would not have wanted to stay longer. (99997141)
